The price on this page is the price you are charged. Paying yearly costs less per seat and the saving is stated on the card, not buried in a footnote. No introductory rate that resets. No decoy tier. No crossed-out number you were never charged. Outgrow a plan and we tell you before the limit stops anything. Your mail keeps arriving either way.
Every feature, on every seat.
Plans differ by how much you use, never by what you are allowed to use. A rep who has to ask an admin for a feature stops using the product.
The inbox
- Ranked by revenue at risk, not time
- Live buying signal, objection, and health chips per thread
- Priority reasons written per row
- Unified across Gmail and Microsoft 365
- Keyboard-first review, single-key triage
- Batch actions for low-priority threads
Drafting and voice
- Per-user voice model trained on your own sent mail
- Retrieval-grounded phrasing with source visible
- Voice dictation to polished email in your voice
- Suggested follow-ups on quiet deals
- Regenerate in a different tone or length
- Every send stays behind a human click
CRM sync
- Bi-directional writes to HubSpot today, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio and Close in build
- Field-level permission map, editable before rollout
- Dry-run mode for the first two weeks, so RevOps sees every write before one lands
- Full audit log with source message and reasoning
- One-click revert for 30 days
- Contacts and champions identified from who actually replies
Intelligence and workflow
- Meeting prep pages, one per upcoming call, in build
- Post-meeting recap with the CRM updates already queued, in build
- Natural-language search that compiles to a filter
- Daily briefing at your chosen local time
- Deal timeline unifying mail, meetings and CRM edits
- Slack notifications on the stage changes you care about, in build
What procurement asks.
Not here? The security page goes deeper. Send us anything it misses and we publish the answer.
What happens to our email data?
Bodies are pulled from your provider on demand, never warehoused. Ranking metadata sits in your own isolated store, encrypted. Leave, and there is no second copy to delete.
Your email never trains a shared model. See the security page for the specifics.
What if a rep leaves the company?
An admin removes the seat. We revoke their tokens with the provider, delete the voice profile, and archive pending drafts read-only.
Reassigning the seat keeps the CRM history. It does not carry the old rep's voice over.
Do you train on our email?
No. No customer email trains a shared model. A rep's voice profile stays in their tenant and never improves anyone else's drafts.
How long is implementation?
One rep, under ten minutes. A team of twenty, two working days. CRM sync starts in dry-run, so RevOps sees every write before one lands.
What CRM permissions do you need?
The minimum to read what you rank and write what you approve. Default install touches four fields: stage, next step, contact roles, notes. Everything else is opt in.
We already use Gong. Where does RocketMail fit?
It does not. Gong stays the record for calls. RocketMail reads the transcript, writes the follow-up and the deal update, and links back for playback.
Can we self-host?
No. One region, us-east-1, with every subprocessor listed on the security page. If your data must stay in the EU, we do not meet that today.
