Good-faith research is welcome and we will not take legal action against researchers who follow the disclosure policy on the security page. Public credit in the changelog if you want it, a silent fix if you would rather.
Requests to access, correct, or delete personal data go to hello@rocketmail.ai. We answer within one month, as the UK GDPR requires.
If your request concerns data inside a RocketMail customer's mailbox or CRM, that customer is the controller and we are their processor. Write to us anyway and we will identify them and help them respond.
